We live in McLean on edge of Arlington border and trying to find a good gym.

We are in Falls Church and DC a lot, so considering OneLife.

Or maybe YMCA since it seems cheaper and includes tennis.

Golds seems to have really degraded post pandemic and closed a few locations and seems less convenient, I hear Ballston parking is difficult and often towed?

Any other decent gym I’m missing? I’m aiming for under $100/month, ideally around $60 or so…. Just need basic cardio and weight training but would enjoy some classes.

Onelife is a good value but is location dependent. I only switched to sport and health because there is a pool and a gym in one location in crystal city that saves me time. Otherwise I would have stayed with onelife at the older location at skyline off king street/7.

OneLife and Sport & Health are the same. They've been owned by the same company for like a decade, but now all S&H's are all OneLifes. S&H doesn't exist anymore. But I agree, every location is different. I have "multi-club" which allows me to go to any location.

I had no idea this existed. Looks absolutely amazing. I wish I lived closer.
I am personally using the Golds in Rosslyn. It is ok but equipment wise but recently got overrun by GWU students and I have mixed feelings about that felling like everyone’s mom.

Cool upgrade but not a place OP should visit at 1am unless she looks like the men in the pictures (ie, big and strong enough no one will mess with them, I mean)

Agree with OneLife. If you get the upgraded account you can go to any location. I switch between the one close to work and one closer to home. They are adding new locations all the time. I love the classes and pool.

Yes - that's the location. I'm laughing now looking at the photos because the coworker I know who loves it is a rather small woman (who is very into fitness).
