I watched the first episode and felt bored by Em’s trials and travails. If someone tells me to keep watching, I will, but for now I’m quitting.

I'm annoyed by the cliffhanger in the last episode. It makes me less excited for season 4. Why can't the show stay light and angsty without getting serious?

Because I like Emily’s fashion and like that the show is mostly about her career.

I enjoyed it for what it is.

What sort of felt like crappy writing was how every lead in the show got out of a second choice relationship because they were dumped by the placeholder partners - that wouldn’t happen in real life and worked out so neatly for everyone

This is the dumbest, most vapid show ever. Darren Starr has really outdone himself.

I don't even know why I am watching this show. I pretty much hate the Emily character. Her acting and facial expressions are so 1st degree and child-like. I love some of the other characters. But Emiliy, nope, sorry. She looks like a small child playing dress up with her mom's clothes. Plus there is zero chemistry between her and any of her boyfriends. It's jut not believable that she would charm everyone around her with her "wit"... And after all this time in Paris she still can't pronounce "Bonjour". I guess I just love to hate her.

Let me add that I love Sylvie, Camille and most of all Luc, the skinny grey hair man. I think he has real comic talent. The UK boyfriend is totally flat and uninteresting, not much better for Gabriel.

What do you mean? She is a great actress! I mean, you can TOTALLY tell she is acting!
