I consider myself middle of the road, maybe left of center. I’ve always voted red, historically because I’m anti tax and spend but in the past 12 years, because the dems slid way too far left and I, like many in the country, are over the woke trends & identity politics.

Jen being liberal is the very least of what makes her annoying. I don’t know why we’re even commenting on her canned outrage. There’s nary an original thought in anything she’s putting out there. She’s a bamdwagoner, period. The only thing original about what she’s put out there in the last 3 weeks is possibly‘feelings bath’

Jen being false traumatized by the election shouldn’t be a surprise to any of us. We should expect nothing less

Frankly, I think most of the people crying (figuratively and literally) on social media about the election are "false traumatized". It's a combination of attention seeking and emotionally unstable people throwing a temper tantrum because they didn't get what they waned.

That should say "what they wanted".

I 100% expected Jen to post about being “traumatized” by the election. My issue is that she said that she has “unplugged from the outrage machine”, with absolutely no recognition that she was an active participant in the outrage machine.
Sure, act sad and talk about your self care BS. But do not come at us to tell us how EVERYONE ELSE was trying to catastrophize the election and emotionally blackmail us into supporting your terrible candidate.

Not to be confused with a literal insurrection attempt…and everyone seemingly okay with it.

The jury didn’t convict him of rape but he judge wanted to convict him of something so made a ruling on a lesser charge. I’m a SA survivor and think we should believe women. I also intensely dislike Trump.

All that said, it looks like there are a way too many people out there who need to do their own research instead of blindly accepting the narrative de jour we’re being fed. Half the people calling him a rapist probably couldn’t come anywhere close to being able to give an intelligent recap of that trial and choose to keep parroting the same canned narrative. There’s a reason MSNBC is tanking.

Not liking a candidate is one thing. Blindly accepting something as true because a liberal pundit or a celebrity says so is part of why we’re in the shape we’re in

There was also the “grab by the ….” audio (his own words) and Katie Johnson.

Can we end this little detour into politics and get back to snarking on Jen? Please? I get enough interaction with misinformed people IRL.

I feel like we need a capstitcher hot take...

"Katie Johnson" is an unnamed Jane Doe who never went to trial. You can "What about" all day long but that works two ways. What about a president who takes inappropriate showers with his daughter? What about a faction who thinks chemically castrating minors is "affirming?" We can go all day. Half the country made a choice. Stop crying and spewing falsehoods and educate yourself. Please.

Can you imagine being one of the Hatmaker kids?
Even her mom looks like can barely tolerate her and her friends in many of the posts.

Imagine being adopted by them

The dungeon look has spread from the kitchen to the master bedroom and now the staircase.

Is she turning the cute farmhouse into a brothel?
Anonymous
^agree

i don't think the new book nook fits the farmhouse very well. ick.

Jen’s new moulin rouge chic look. Not really something that fits the overall farm house boho look. Way too dark, heavy, and oppressive. Eek.

I sometimes thought about this after Jen started getting more liberal and subsequently more angry with American life in general, not just the church. I thought, maybe those kids wish they were not in such a crazy household. And then having to experience life in a broken household headed by two battling egos?

I'm actually glad Sass is safely tucked away in Nashville and can't be bothered to spend much time in Austin because he seems like he'd be intolerant of Remy and her issues. He gets the Jen version of Remy's behavior, like the rest of us, and the kid never stands a chance. Jen publicly insults her but then buys her a brand new car? Pick a lane and be her mom.

Kind of like the republicans on Jan 6 2024.... oh no wait, that was an actual tantrum with violence.
