When you can’t seem to go or are backed up, what or where do you eat when you need a clean out?
Waffle House every single time. I can’t go anywhere else far from home after a meal. |

| Sweetgreen. I eat salads almost every day and for some reason Sweetgreen gets me every time whereas I'm fine with other brands/at-home salad kits. |
| The obvious answer is Taco Bell. |
| 3 shots of Wheatgrass. I otherwise have a stomach of steel. |
| Chipotle. I don’t even have to finish my meal before my body knows. |

I just eat salad everyday and never have a problem with poop backup. If I miss a day or two of eating salad things get difficult.
Waffle House has never had any affect on my elimination, it just makes me happy. I go there about once or twice a year. |

dried cherries. I only need like 7, but can't leave the house for 8 hours. I mean the first 3 hours are safe, but after that you want to be close to home. Clean as a whistle.
