This, or Simply Apple juice (which tastes more like cider than the shelf stable stuff). Makes my DD go within 10 minutes.

Very warm lemon water — maybe two big mugs first thing in the morning. Sometimes followed by a glass of regular water. Then I begin eating. I’ve also found eating more in volume than I usually do also helps.

Avoid cheese, white potatoes, udon noodles, and other foods that can add to the back up.

At night I also twist my scrunched legs back and forth across my body, do baby’s pose, bicycle kicks, and massage my abdomen area with the “I L U” massage.

Lots of water. Calm powder. Chia seeds.

kale or beet greens, almonds, french onion soup (the liquid, melted cheese, and oily onions really do it for me), coffee.

Dried apricots.

Best medical thing is Phillips magnesium pills. Those are life changing. I have travel constipation and I would go a week without pooping. With those I poop daily and no cramping. It’s lovely.

Where do you get Wheatgrass? None of the rest of these work for me, so I might as well give this one a try!

A small, local health food store makes it. You can probably find them at some of the juice stores around town too.

Anything with lettuce. My body just doesn’t process it well
