Soccer in general? Not just the past two years. Youth soccer is producing a lot of good lacrosse players.

I guess it doesn’t make me happy. It upsets me that we are lacking teams, aren’t able to retain players so players play up their level against competition which they aren’t ready for. We belonged to a club that was doing well as a mid size club and now don’t even have teams at certain ages and some only one. Fields used to be packed, can’t say the same now. TD seems more focused on his teams, from the sound of prior posts, people aren’t too happy.

Never underestimate the desire for people to put others down to feel better about themselves. Reading this forum proves that.

Love people not connected to clubs calling for them to fold or make changes. Or from people telling others their kid is substandard for not being in ECNL. Guessing most of these people didn't amount to much athletically themselves and now live through kids or watching others fail.

As for not fielding many teams -- was that true pre-pandemic as well?

She’s the executive director and typically takes the older girls teams. She’s not a coach; just takes good teams and yells. Bad leader, bad coach. I feel bad for the kids because their playing experience is so difficult. But almost all the coaches there right now, especially for the older girls, I don’t like them at all and I think they’re bad.
