Vaping in Williamsburg bathrooms?

Anonymous
DD says that she doesn’t like to go the bathroom at school because kids are vaping and doing other things in the bathroom (she doesn’t know what she just runs into a crowd of kids often).

I think she maybe ran into one kid once and is blowing it out of proportion; anyone have any insight? What about at DHMS or Swanson, and issues like this?

This kind of flippant attitude towards vaping is a huge problem.

I would report that all day every day to school administrators. Nope.

And yes, I believe it at Williamsburg.

Is it less of a problem at DHMS or Swanson?

There’s going to be kids acting out, doing drugs, causing problems at any school. One kid at Williamsburg isn’t reason to panic.

Simmer down. The only person in an apparent panic is you--all over a simple question.

I've asked my kid at Swanson if he's seen it there and he says no. But is he in the bathroom all day every day? No.

I was asking because not sure if everyone is aware, but there are certain bathrooms that certain grades use more frequently, eg eighth graders use due to proximity to their classrooms versus seventh versus six, etc. Of course everyone uses the locker room. But if this is something going on, specifically in the six grade hallway, I would certainly mention it to the assistant principal/counselor.

^ also, I mention that my daughter hasn’t said anything because she tends to be a chatty tattletale type. Lol.
