| Clarence Thomas was able to act alone to save Lindsey Graham from having to testify. Can do this because he oversees that jurisdiction. Clarence Thomas is so far compromised. It's scary. Billy Dems can get out and vote to get people in positions of power this go around |

It's called a shadow docket where one judge gets to make a decision for the entire court over the area. They are presiding.
Each have different areas of the country and Lindsey Graham lucked out to get Clarence Thomas overseeing his area. No, it doesn't get him off the hook fully but it certainly does for quite a while. |
