At first I thought it was an ugly $100k monstrosity. But since this has become the current "it" SUV at weekend travel sports events, these gigantic things have grown on me. It just oozes brash Americana decadence and rich big family vibes. It wears its size well and looks elegant in a unique American way.

No, the bigger it is, the more I hate it.
Time to put the environment first. |
| I love it. |
| Not for $100k. |
|
I mean who doesn’t love a living room on wheels when you have the kids in toe?
I would hate driving in a city with it and a parking garage would be a hateful existence. Ironically it’s an Italian car these days… |
| I still don't understand the difference between the $60k Wagoneer and $100k GRAND Wagoneer. The GRAND has extra chrome around the windows and bigger wheels? |
That red one in the OP is not a Grand Wagoneer, it's a regular base Wagoneer. This is a Grand.

Nah, we already discussed here in this forum: "butt-ass ugly."
https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1033229.page I agree that it does give off Catholic private school family with 6 kids + travel sports vibes. |
Well, it give off general gaz-guzzler, I love to kill the planet, vibes. That group does overlap with large families. |
I fully expect the person who owns the Wagoneer to be the type of person who holds her iPhone in her hands and talks into while driving. Despite the fact that she has a $10K-valued handsfree infotainment and McIntosh high-end speaker system that would be much clearer to hear and easier/safer to use.

| Personally, I'd much rather have the old woody wagon kind. |
| Vaunted Italian reliability. |
|
no. jeeps are garbage.
|
| They are all suckers who buy the first year of a new model! |
| Not really. A family at my sons preschool last year had it and I remember thinking two things- that I’d never seen it before, and it was a pretty unattractive car. I was shocked to see how much it costs. They had a bunch of very young kids so I assume they needed to be able to get three in one row in a spacious backseat. |
