I don't get it. What is there to mock? There were over 100,000 overdose deaths in this country last year. Almost every American has known (or lost) someone who has struggled with addiction. I hear a man who loves his son and would do anything to help him.

I've been in a similar position (with my sister). What a horrible thing to not only play this voicemail, but then MOCK Joe Biden for it.
