Chicken Parm or Eggplant Parm?

Honestly, most places that make these dishes use so much breading, sauce, and cheese that you can barely tell the difference between them. But if I had to choose, I'd go chicken as well.

I'm a vegetarian, so I would choose eggplant. But I've had many bad eggplant parms ( too thick or not cooked through, barely any sauce, tough skin...) So as much as a I love it, it depends from where!

Yeah it's a hard one to cook. I hate when it's slimy.

I prefer veal and eggplant. I like chicken in some things, but chicken parm is not one of my favorate treatments for chicken.

Eggplant parm is one of those things that when it's good it's very very good and when it's bad it's horrid.

Chicken. Eggplant is a nightshade; some people have a sensitivity to it.
