Questionable. I think Dave (the owner) has been around so long and has a lot of leaky sources at stations and outlets across the region. He's had his fair share of scoops, but it's anyone's guess if this new one is accurate. He seems to have a (weird) thing for Jack Diamond. Eww.

I don't think they have had a nanny for a very long time, unless I missed it somewhere in this giant thread? And if one can afford it then I don't see why not...There is no special medal for doing more work than you have to. People delegate responsibilities at their paying jobs all the time, even if they can do it themselves.

Z104, that is a blast from the past.

Regarding Dave Hughes, it is hit and miss. I think he has some insiders at WTOP at the very least, because someone likes to forward e-mails from the program director to Dave, and that is how that news gets leaked out. I think there are some vindictive people that were in radio and like to put people on blast, without a shred of evidence.

If Jack Diamond comes back, he is clearly desperate. He was making a lot of money but I suspect he spent too much (the re-marriage maybe). He was at two stations (Miami and San Diego) for 2 months EACH. That says a lot.

I think "Houston" was or is the webmaster at hot 99.5, but not sure if that is who is being referenced above or what the tie-in is...After San Diego, Jack Diamond also had about a six month stint in Chicago where he was on sick leave for about 2 of those months, and then was let go at the end of July.

They didn't have a nanny, they had a babysitter they used occasionally.

um, even SAHMs need/deserve time to themselves and time to do things apart from their child. There is nothing wrong with that. I know SAHMs that send their children to day care 1 or 2 times a week so they can have time to themselves. I think it is a smart and healthy choice.
