Deflect from what? How do bikes cause crime? It’s hard to deflect from a nonsensical statement. |
You're blaming a college kid for having been the victim of armed robbery, because he was on a bike when the armed robbers armed-robbed him. Wow. |
Yeah... I was the PP they were responding to and I think it's definitely one of the X - "men" (potomac fever's ilk) |
He wasn’t a victim. He was foreseeable collateral damage to the policies that you and your comrades have been advocating for since 2020. When the national Democrats abandoned you in December 2022, perhaps that was the time for some self-reflection. |
LOL my last post was correct. Trolling away |
Good thing for me I have crappy coats no one wants, either, then |
Whose policies have done what, exactly? What does wanting bike lanes have to do with crime in Tenleytown? I promise you that no one who lives in Ward 3 and wants a safer bike route in our neighborhood is rooting for criminals. |
The victim of armed robbery wasn't a victim, because he was on a bike. Wow. |
Sort of like the bike lobby celebrating every cyclist death because it proves their point about bike lanes, no? |
Show us where the bike lobby has celebrated a cyclist death, exactly? |
When progressive policies come eye to eye in the wild there can only be but one winner. The score: Team Bike Lanes Everywhere 0 Team Defund the Police 1 Next up: Team Sanctuary Cities vs. Team Above Market Housing Voucher. Who will win? Should be a banger! |
DP. I have been to a lot of ghost bike memorials. Which makes me a member of the bike lobby, I guess? Nobody is celebrating. |
I assume this person, who has the inability or unwillingness to make distinctions, is referring to things such as ghost bikes and rallies that are used to memorialize cyclists who were killed while riding. Possibly they're referring to families of children that now advocate for safer streets after their children were killed. Again, they are unable to understand that these measures are not "celebrating" death, because they are fixated on the bike lane culture war |
Then cars REALLY cause crime, with all those carjackings. |
Huh? |
