Nothing is being released by USSF other than resources for any changes and potential guidance for the leagues in what they might do. The leagues are the ones that will make an announcement about any change in registration.

Yes my son’s clubs just joined from ECRL. My club was told the plan is to have a path for teams to win their way into MLSN as well as club membership as well.

Im pretty sure they will both be birth year with biobanding option. Biobanding does not always equal q3/4 players but if the club and families want to play down they can more often then not.
