Learn your low point foods, eggs, pure protein shakes (chocolate)
That will allow you to mix in a piece of pizza or whatever can help you indulge but in moderation

They have an active forum with lots of groups. You will get much more useful information there than here. Good luck!

Dp. I've done it that way and I've used the app. I hit my goal with the app and have maintained for five years. I like the support, ease of tracking and recipes. One thing I didn't enjoy were off topic posts, but those were easy enough to skip over.

Recruit a friend or make a buddy through the program for more accountability!

YMMV on this one, but I got this tip from this board earlier this year- when you take the quiz, give yourself as few zero point foods as possible. This gives you more points but means that you aren't eating too many calories of the free foods.

I'm on WW now and really like it. I've lost 14 pounds since April. For me, the weight loss was quick at first and then very slow. But I have stuck with it because I believe slow weight loss is the healthiest. I am not overweight anymore, just trying to get to the middle of a normal BMI (I'm almost there).

I found that I need to eat some and sometimes all of my "weekly points" to feel good, especially if I am exercising. You need to REALLY lean into your "zero point" foods and create meals around them. Those will be assigned to you based on how you respond to the quiz. I have a lot of zero point foods (eggs, beans, veges, avocado, chicken breast, fish) but not a lot of points overall because of it. You can give yourself more points if you have fewer "zero point" foods. Hope this all makes sense. Just stick with it. You can do it!

I’ve been on it for a few years now - I’ve lost 30 and kept it off for over a year. The plans changed recently. I personally like as few zero point items as possible otherwise I will overdo them. Go onto the community section and search for the hashtag #howtostaygreen if you want to figure out how to do this.

Take advantage of the one on one coaching program - I think it’s a bargain and the coaches know so much about the program and can address your individual concerns.

You can combine the program with other techniques such as IF or no flour/sugar or whatever else you want to experiment with

I like the face to face Friday and transformation Tuesday on the forums

Good recipes

Good luck
