| I am not burning literally an hour go pick up what we actually ordered. Should they just refund the full amount back to CC? |
| You eat what they gave you or drive back and get what you ordered. |
| Eat your food and learn to check your bags. |
| You call them. They'll decide what their version of 'making it right' is. |
| They should refund. It should be obvious to them they mixed up the orders. Next time check. |
| Why didn’t you check your things in the restaurant? |
| This has happened to me. They gave a free order of the missing item on my next order. |
|
I feel like the fair and honest method would be to deduct what they gave us that we ate -- but it's all stuff we'd never order!
And the gal who gave me the gave me the bag is the gal I talked to on the phone and I signed the receipt and gave her $5 tip! |
| This is why you should DoorDash rather than pick up delivery. |
They haven't answered the phone for over an hour, which creates more awkwardness. Oy vey. |
| Yes call them. Usually they will provide you a replacement. If you don’t want the replacement you might be SOL. It is super annoying but this is why I always check now after getting burned once or twice |
Disagree. You can always do a chargeback on your credit card. I would call them, and if you can't get someone on the phone, leave a message. Also, does the website list and email? I would email so you have a paper trail of what happened in case you decide to do a chargeback on your credit card. If it was food I could eat, I might just ask for a 50% refund if it's a small place. But if not, I would expect a full refund. Though I guess refusing future orders from me would be their option. |
| I would expect a refund |
| Did you eat it? |
| Was it better than what you ordered? |
