Maintenance tips?

How do you maintain? Apps? Meal planning? What works for you? I keep losing weight but without some kind of plan/program/support in place I gain it back within 3-6 months. I’m 3@48, female and have a set weight of 150. I keep getting down to 140 lbs.but can’t keep it there consistently.

Maintenance for me was not changing a thing. If you lose weight in a slow and steady way, eventually your body reaches its new point and you stop losing. And you keep doing what you did to lose the weight in the first place. That's why it's so important to lose weight in a sustainable way -- something you can do forever.

+1. I wish this weren't true, but I think it is. Are you exercising? That's an important piece too. Supposedly, exercise is even more important for weight maintenance than it is for weight loss.
