To be clear, that's just a possibility I've seen speculated. I believe that she believed she was pregnant. I don't think she would get Nova involved and go through a whole thing if she knew it was a false positive. Most people would probably read up on what happens when you remove your IUD (much like they might read up on why they should quit smoking, especially when trying to become pregnant) and find out that this is something that does happen. Your hormones are all over the place and can trigger false positives for a pregnancy test. But then again, she did say that she pregnant with Nova about a month after she had it taken out the last time, so she may have had good reason to believe it was real this time around, even though it was so soon.

Tyler couldn't appear less attracted to her if he tried.

I wonder what he does for her. He talks endlessly about himself and his projects, and he's not any more involved as a parent than she is, so it seems. At least he has some goals, I guess, but Cate's not really a part of them. They do really seem like roommates. They've been together since they were 12 and their relationship hasn't evolved. It (sort of) reminds me of a good friend who married a man she had been dating since 9th or 10th grade. They seemed to have a good relationship, but in college, there was a lot of drama that seemed very immature. They got divorced after about 5 years of marriage and have both remarried to very nice people. Our circle of friends is still together and it's clear that they both needed to be in grown-up relationships, which they weren't in when they were together. Tyler and Cate need to either mature their relationship, or move to to amicably find other partners that share the same interests. Like, sitting on a couch, or pretending to ride horses.

It's likely the result of a trauma bond between them and they are still stuck in the trauma phase. Placing their child and then staying together is a huge loss for them and they cling to each other because they feel they are the only other person who will understand. It would probably be best if they left their home town and each started over some place new and then decided if they really want to be together and can moving past the initial trauma of placing Carly and learn how to live their lives with acceptance.

I haven't watched the latest episode. But I did see when Butch hacked the boy's cast off his leg because Tyler's sister (the kid's mom) wouldn't take him back to the doctor to have it removed. Sheesh.

I watched last night and was shocked - she definitely seems like she's using meth or crack. Poor Tyler - spending so much money on his dad's rehab $48,000 for the first three months and then how much for a sober living facility for the following three months - it seems like his whole family minus his mom just hopes he'll swoop in with his Teen Mom millions to save them. The sister's house was a pigsty. And their electricity was turned off? The girl was walking ON TOP of the kitchen counter.

Farrah - still a bitch, still raising Sophia to become one, still claiming she's classy as hell while dropping more F-bombs in a five minute car ride than I, a NYer, do in one day. Nothing new here.

Catelynn - everything's been said already. They need to go to school and get educated so they're less depressed and less stupid.

Amber - let the countdown begin to her smacking Andrew the Giant Hippie! Too bad Amber couldn't be honest and admit she's terrified with this pregnancy because the relationship got serious so fast and she feels out of control and in order to feel IN control she wants as much information as possible, aka to know the baby's gender. Anyone else think they shouldn't have taken Leah on that scary hayride? Anyone else think Amber should learn to speak without complaining about SOMETHING? Every. Damn. Time. Having just seen the I, Tonya movie, she reminds me of Tonya Harding, in that nothing is ever her fault.

Maci - I mean, it's really just about Ryan at this point. Maci has two little babies - it's totally reasonable that she might not be able to get them out the door at exactly 5pm. She is running a real business and not just relying on Teen Mom money, so perhaps she had a work crisis and between that and the babies it took her extra time to get out for Halloween. Poor Bently looked so confused. Somebody please explain to me why Ryan couldn't stay with Bently and then go home with his parents while McKenzie took her son to his dad's place? I love how McKenzie and Ryan sat around talking about what a bitch Maci was for being late but never offered to just pick up Bently at 5 and then give him back at 6 to TorT with his mom, and why they never realized NOBODY TOLD MACI they had a 6pm deadline.

Maci didn't seem to be bothered by any of it, but I'm sure she's remembering that Bentley was never a priority enough for Ryan to be on time for Halloween before (and they've been celebrating the same way for YEARS) but now that Hudson is in the picture, he is able to be present and accounted for ON TIME.

Jen was pissed at Ryan for the way he spoke to her on the phone. I wonder if on a deep level, Ryan has given up on his relationship with Bentley and is "trying again" with Hudson? I just feel bad for Bentley. He seemed so confused as to why Ryan just said hi and bye.

Wow Amder was being so mean to Andrew. She seems to only be thinking of herself. It's his kid also and she is in some ways taking the new dad excitement from him.
