how to stop people from double dipping ??

I know someone who is double dipping at work, the work is being done so is not any issues, is there a way to stop people from double dipping if work is being done?

What do you care if the work is being done?

That said, it isn't that hard to include it in an employment contract. My tech employer does, it is EXTREMELY clear you cannot have a 2nd job and any money-making side gigs have to be approved through them first as a condition of your offer.

I think this is a troll because if you actually were in a position to have a vested interest in this, you'd know the answer already.

Since you said downtime, it leads me to believe he does this after work hours. Who cares?

So many people have side hustles these days.

I have one that I do after work. It takes me about 2-3 hours on a Sunday and then the rest of the week is just answering messages from potential buyers and getting orders packed up. Some evenings I don't even spend one extra minute doing this side hustle.
