Seems she was dating some tech creep who had a restraining order against him by an ex. She twice pressured Daily Mail to not print it and its details. These tech robber barons violate everyone else's privacy but the minute a little sunlight is put on their private life they turn into unethical threatening thugs. Great scoop by WSJ. I always figured she was a phony hack.

Yikes |
Makes sense. Why would they publish this at all, except for her? He doesn't deserve the smear. |
Bobby Kotick absolutely deserves the smear for what he covered up at Activision/Blizzard. |
What he did at Activision is news in itself. A smear about an ex, because he was dating Sandberg? That's news? |
Seems like this is the key point:
Meta is a publicly traded company. Using Meta employees to protect Sandberg's personal reputation is very likely a violation of their corporate by-laws. Just because there are large public companies like Meta that are subject to the whims of the CEO and majority shareholder doesn't mean that public corporations are allowed to do whatever they want. |
That's sketchy AF and also reflects terribly on her judgment. |
I have a bridge to sell you if you think this was isolated behavior. |
I'm surprised anyone is surprised by this. FB/Meta is so corrupt and morally bankrupt. Naturally its leaders are that way and run their company that way. |
I don’t generally trust WSJ reporting on tech companies, but this is pretty bad if it is true. |
Guys relax, she's just disrupting domestic violence! |
A tech oligarch abusing her power to suppress journalism... who'd a thunk it... |
Was it actually a genuine romantic relationship or was she just sleeping with the creep to get some edge in a FB takeover or some other sort of business edge? |
