She's "left wing" in that she was a progressive prosecutor in the 90s. By today's terms, she's moderate, centrist.

+1 I’m a moderate Democrat and she was one of my favorites in 2020 along with Biden and Michael Bennet. Ask the actual left wingers whether she’s left wing.

Yup. Progressives think she’s basically a republican.

Progressive endorsed her in like 5 minutes. Try harder

Not to mentioned Harris lied to voters about Biden's health and cognition for weeks now. The GOP needs to run ads about that morning, noon and night.

Years, for years now.

Lol. If voters cared about lying they’d never vote for Trump. Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie, starting with how big his inauguration crowd was. Remember that? It’s almost quaint to think back on it - when we thought he just exaggerated as a way of hyping himself up. We didn’t know he was a pathological liar at the time.

You're not helping anyone by refusing to deal in facts.

Now he’s gone and the GOP is saddled with a mush brained traitor.

Or trump could drop out too. And they could go with Vance. Why not?

Too late. GOP is stuck with Trump as their official nominee.

She also was the the border czar during the worst border crisis in American history.

Democrats are just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

That is certainly the MAGA party line.

DP. Exactly what in the PP’s post is incorrect? It is all factual. But I understand those are inconvenient facts for the left.

Yep.

Obama is a back stabbing SOB. And what’s with the “we will be” nonsense. He’s not a decision maker any more. He thinks he’s the black Clooney? Sadly, Biden trusted him for years, but sees it now. He is still our president, and he endorsed Harris. It’s going to be a Dark Brandon retribution going forward.

Because she's much better than Trump.

Harris will always be herself - which is a bad temper, no manners, ill fitting pantsuits and faux pearls. The "face" she puts on for the public is who she is. She will never get the votes with it.

Clearly. That's why you and the trumpers are running around on social media rn like chickens with your head cut off.

NP. Yeah I was not expecting this level of panic from them. Good sign, I guess

No panic at all. This is absolutely hilarious!

+1
I’m wondering where the PP is getting “panic” from.

I’m not the PP but I think the idea that the Republicans are panicking is a concerted message from the DNC. Personally as someone who will never, ever vote for Trump, I think this is extremely foolish.

I don't know about Republicans but Elon Musk and a bunch of DCUM posters are panicking. So there's that.

PP here. I just read Musk’s tweets and I am not seeing panic at all, unless some were deleted.

Do not be over confident. This is foolish.

Musk went from neutral to pledging $100M to Trump when the Epstein files came out.

Asylum requests are down big time. Are you not following the news?

You know that has absolutely nothing to do with Kamala Harris… right?

If you are going to blame her for the bad, you have to credit her with the good.

That’s actually a choice that I think makes sense.

I’d love if Pete were selected as VP (him debating Vance would be must see tv) but add homophobia on top of racism and sexism and we’d be really screwed

Oh stop with that nonsense. Pete has been a lousy secretary of transportation and acknowledging that isnt homophobia.

From my vantage point he’s actually got a lot done at DOT despite the actors in his space. You can’t blame Pete for the failures of Boeing

You are free to have a positive opinion of Pete. But to slam people upset about his errors - from the supply chain issues to airplane headaches to the Ohio derailment - as being homophobic is inexcusable. Voters aren’t going to tolerate this kind of name calling when they don’t toe the Democrat line.

+10000
I would say the same goes for the idiotic slamming of people as “racist or misogynist” if they dare to call out Harris on her failures. No gets a pass due to their specific identity.

um no, they have come out swinging tying Harris to Biden, especially regarding the border mess.

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4784658-trump-campaign-attacks-harris/

The number of migrants unlawfully crossing the U.S. southern border has continued to drop markedly in July, nearing a threshold that would require officials to lift a partial ban on asylum claims enacted by President Biden, according to internal government data obtained by CBS News.

July is on track to see the fifth consecutive monthly drop in migrant apprehensions along the U.S.-Mexico border and the lowest level in illegal immigration there since the fall of 2020, during the Trump administration, the internal Department of Homeland Security figures show.

In early June, President Biden invoked a far-reaching presidential authority to suspend the entry of most migrants entering the U.S. illegally, effectively shutting off access to the American asylum system outside of official ports of entry.

Illegal border crossings — which were already falling before Mr. Biden's action — plunged further after the order took effect, reaching a three-year low in June.

Try harder.

Why are you Dems so dumb.

I despise Trump to the last molecule of my being.

But, they've done a good job tying the border mess to Harris, and you cannot erase 3 years of the mess at the border in 3 months, especially when the MAGA camp will be pushing this message 24/7.

I think you Dems are stupid smart - there's a lot of educated brain power there, but you don't know how to read the room.

Ok, where do you stand on Trump tanking the bi-partisan border bill that was set to pass?

Of course I blame him. But that's not the point.

Voters care about the economy. MAGA have tied the border mess, illegal immigrants flooding MI, NY, IL etc.. getting shelter and food at the expense of taxpayers, to Biden/Harris. Voters are having to deal with inflation, high housing costs, etc.. and to see illegal immigrants getting housing and food allowances makes them upset.
Heck even the leaders of Chicago and NYC are saying enough illegal immigrants.

Three years of this mess won't be wiped out in three months in the minds of the public.

I honestly don't understand how you Dems don't understand basic human nature.

Because you’re high on your own supply.

If this is your only response, then it's no wonder that Trump was on the verge of winning 2024.

“WAS” as you said yourself. LOL!

Yes "was", so don't f* it up with your "Harris won't be blamed for the border mess" idiocy.

Rant all you want, Trump is fuming right now. 😂

of course he is, but that doesn't mean Dems don't have to worry.

No Democrat thinks this is a cakewalk but the GOP has lost their Dementia Joe mantra.

agree, they will have to scramble to pivot, but Dems need to really focus on where they will attack her, and that is the border crisis for the past three years that she was supposed to be managing.

The ads will write themselves with the bipartisan border bill that Trump ordered the GOP to tank.

Biden's policies have been extremely popular.

Cannot stop laughing at this.

Yep, this is what I am seeing too, anecdotally.
