Loving this show too.

I think the college-aged girls are written really weirdly. They seem much more like high school aged girls. I find it very distracting.

I also had a hard time finding the humor in the scene with Armand and the waiter. He was sexually harassing that guy, it was creepy and gross and not funny to me. The power dynamic was impossible to ignore.

Yes I think that was the point & what they meant to convey (that he was harassing the waiter). But it’s a loopy show and just have to sit back and enjoy. Cringe and all!

I’m really into the whole aesthetic right now. The tropical music, the Hawaiian decor, the rich fabrics and textures, etc.

Totally agree. The look is just cohesive, immersive...everything from the vintage wallpaper in the musical intro to the costumes to the resort.

The music is amazing. It honestly elevates a mediocre show to an intriguing one.

The show is all about power dynamics, who has it, and how they abuse others with it.

Exactly. Because even in the servant class there are those with more or less power.

I love this show. Can anyone recommend similar shows? I love funny shows that satirize wealth and social class. Is this what Succession is like? I tried the first episode and couldn't get into it.

This episode! I don’t like the plot twist with the friend and her guy. ☹️

Same! This is not going to end well for them- her friend is on to them.

omg omg omg OMG I was so stressed out by the end of last night's episode

with one ep left to go: who do you think dies?

"I think I've made a big mistake..."

I didn't realize until last night how much Rachel looks like she could be a younger (ok fine yes prettier) version of Plop's mom.

"What's wrong with being a trophy?"

Molly Shannon is so great in this show! Lol

Also am loving Jennifer Coolidge, particularly on this last episode. Her facial expressions kill me!
