What makes you think that this woman is not a nurse or a teacher? Or that she doesn’t have a mortgage?

On top of that - nurses and teachers are resigning en masse because of a pandemic. Especially in flyover country that insists on in-person learning and no masks. Meanwhile all the women my age in cities are working safe at home while still collecting six figures.
