There were two more engagements (8 total). Neither of the two couples who were cut stayed together.

Giannina and Damian are also still together so 3 couples and 2 marriages seems like pretty good odds for one season of a reality tv show.

I don't think there were 30 pairs, I think there were 30 people total.

She is an influencer for a living. That is why she couldn't understand when Damian said the vacation to Mexico was a nice break from work. She has never really had a job to take a break from.

Vanessa Lachey has confirmed that if they had to wait until the altar to say if they wanted to get married or not.

They only had budget for 5 couples to be engaged and continue until the wedding. They had 8 couples get engaged so Kenny and Kelly, Rory and Danielle, and Ivey / Short guy were cut. Then when Diamond and Carleton imploded, Kenny and Kelly were brought to Mexico.

She recently moved to LA from Atlanta so she must want into the industry in some way.

There is more film production in Atlanta than Hollywood these days.

I assume she works for Box because her pop socket had the Box logo. Lots of tech companies in California so I doubt she is wanting to get into film.

I'm only on episode 3 but wow! Jessica is a mess. Barnett is obviously an immature jerk, not ready for marriage. Mark, must have some seriously low standards to even entertain Jessica after the crap she pulled. Is she really only 34? She looks like she's 46.

I think as you get to know Barnett a little more, that it initial perception may change. Even if just a little.

Messica, oh boy. No surprise she said no and after watching all of the episodes you can understand why she's not married.

I also think she looks much older than 34. Probably too much drinking and lack of sunscreen.

His parents not showing means nothing. Just because he wanted to be on reality tv doesn't mean his parents also want to be on reality TV. I would never go on a show - even if a family member did. The weddings were completely fake. A lot of people wouldn't go near reality TV. It doesn't say anything about Damian other than that his family had no desire to be on TV.

And being contractually obligated to spend four weeks with someone like Giannina or Jessica... Damian and Mark are actually pretty decent actors.
