I've met her many times. She is everything you would hope her to be. |
I’ve met Michelle a bunch of times - she is very smart, very gracious and a lot of fun. This was in the few years before he became president. |
NP. I'd love to talk politics and organizing with Luis Miranda, psychology with Dr. Luz Miranda and musicals with their son, who seems to have found reliable work in that field.... Seems like a nice family....

I've met a few of these:
Ellen - I arranged for someone high-profile to be on her show and all of her staff was running around terrified of her and afraid of setting her off. Bono - I'm a huge U2 fan. He was as cool as I hoped and also super-smart. He's really well-informed and personally invested in the issues he advocates for. Nancy Pelosi - I didn't expect to like her, but was completely charmed by her. I agree with a PP that she's chatty, disarming and a lovely mix of feminine and powerful. President Obama - He totally lives up to expectation. He's confident, fun, a good listener and a great conversationalist. Meet him and you totally get how he won the presidency twice. I'd still love to meet Jonathan Van Ness, Elizabeth Warren, Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen. |

I'm PP you replied to. I met a lot of celebrities working in the music industry through the 90s and 00s (a few of them I met backstage at Conan's show, actually, when the bands I worked for were on). I always liked Andy Richter. He would come into the dressing room and eat the band snacks, watch the TV, shoot the breeze- like you had invited him over for the afternoon. Lovely guy. I liked him way more than Conan. Max Weinberg was always super nice, too. |
| No one. Who cares? People actually think about this? |
As if you’ve never fantasized about hooking up with some celeb |
I just can’t believe adults want to meet Taylor Swift. Just go to the mall and talk to a teenage girl, it’ll be the same thing. |
