Here is where it said there were actually 30 people at the party.

I doubt I would have called the police, but I probably would have taken several photos/videos and contacted the Association about the violation, which it almost certainly was.

Where did it say 30 people?

The woman’s original call said 30 people. So either she lied to the police or there were 30. Since the police stayed for 2 hours, chances are that she didn’t lie.

Rager parties? We're talking little kids eating hamburgers on a Thursday afternoon after a frolic in the pool after being invited by the OWNERS of the unit. Rub your hands on the front of your pants because you my dear need to get a grip.

1-2 owners of a condo don’t have the right to invite 30 non-residents to the pool. There is no reputable condo association around that would allow this.

My fancy condo in Arlington doesn't have these rules.

But please, continue on. It's amazing that racists won't give up and just go onto bash something else.

The bottom line here- it all depends on HOA rules. All of the community pools that I have been to have limits on tenant guests, doesn't matter if the guests are adults or kids. If they have the same rule in this condo, then they would have paid for the extra guests and have communicated the number of people attending to the HOA prior to the party. Usually they will also ask you about this at the entrance. If the HOA does not have this rule, then the host is well within her rights to use the pool with her guests. I guess we won't know until someone posts the HOA rule about pool use on this condo.

The Board members/ pool management has the full right to do this. And apparently they did.
The guests knew they were doing something out of the norm and without permission from the joint owners representatives by the HOA/ board. Heard stories about people breaking HOA rules by painting house a color without permission from the board. Yes the HOA has legal power.

I'm surprised more people don't understand HOA rules can be legally binding and not following them can be a criminal matter, like trespassing. In my area, the HOA rule is the pool closes at a certain hour to everyone, even residents, being in the pool after closing hours is considered trespassing.

Nobody wants 30 non-residents pissing in their pool and being loud. Maybe that flies at your trailer park. Private condo is private.

This is from the caller's FB page. Oh the irony...

You're nuts. So now I live in a trailer park and you think that 30 people all went over there to urinate in the pool and scream at the top of their lungs - none of these things are facts. You are crazy and your white hood is showing.

Can anyone confirm if the poster acted within the condo policy?

Little kids do piss in the pool; and non-residents especially don’t give a shit about other people’s property. Downscale trash really don’t know how to act. Your rent doesn’t give you a right to take over a private pool with a bunch of non-residents. This isn’t rocket science.

No one seems to have the condo's bylaws. Not the caller, not the owners/hosts, no one.

I have a 6 year old who does NOT piss in the pool. I tried to convince her to pee in the ocean while in the Caribbean this summer and she would not have it. Also, why do you keep saying rent? It's been repeated several times that the hosts OWN their condo and are paying a mortgage, not rent. Maybe you're so low rent that you can't seem to grasp that concept.

I don't know, I'm going to withhold judgment on this one until more facts come out. Photo from her FB page:

I googled the place. It looks like a downscale apartment complex for low to mid income.
