What Harvey Levin from TMZ did say is that he would not be surprised if the Empire producers look at this as an opportunity thinking that they may get a lot more viewers BECAUSE of this scandal.

I don’t understand why everyone is still discussing the Smollet incident. He clearly has issues and the charges were dropped because he had no prior run ins with police. If this was a white woman falsely claiming she had been kidnapped by say two Hispanics there would have been no charges. So whatever, people are crazy. Let it go.
