Best guess for tomorrow (1.30.19)? Delay?

We are new to MOCO schools. Is it normal for them to change a delay to a closure, at 7am?
If so- do you all just plan that nose delay days will end in closing?
My husbands job follows OPM so yesterday both he & DS had delays. I teach in dcps. By the time I arrived at work yesterday moco had gone from delay to closed. So, I had to turn around & head home for kiddo care. Not complaining- it is what it is, just trying to get better at planning around the decision making.

Yes, if they announce a delay with possible reconsideration at 7 am to a closure, then you should plan for a possible closure. Sometimes they reconsider at 7 am (yesterday), sometimes they don't (today).

I think it is a recent thing in the last couple of years. They used to make a call and stick to it but they had to change it a few times so now they just say they’re going to reevaluate by a certain time to Cover their behinds.
