Um, the affair does not return till January 1st?! I was actually super meh on this season and didn't watch the last two episodes until a couple days ago, thinking I was gonna give up on the show after the awful first 3 episodes.

AND now it's finally getting good and I NEED to know what happens and they pull this garbage?! NOOOOOO

But if Allison is as "ugly" as you all claim she is (which is, quite frankly, laughable- I highly doubt the woman would have gotten to the top of hollywood if she was unattractive- or gotten the role. So often women do not understand what men find attractive) then he is not thinking with his penis alone. Surely if he was just thinking with his penis, his wife is attractive enough and he would just be banging her. It's about more than his dick, it's about love- love that doesn't go away even when someone royally screws you over.

It's not love, it is lust, he doesn't even like her much. Noah however loves her.

The whole premise of the show is that people are drawn to each other even when they have a lot to lose. I didn't think the story line would be able to maintain it, so feel pleasantly surprised with the latest.

Alison is crazy cakes but look at all the other things Cole couldn't let go of, no matter how hopeless and broken they were. He's driven by something way deeper than his penis, and he's more connected to her than he'll ever be to Luisa.

They are all horrible, except Luisa and the French lady.

So has Noah gone around the bend? I've disliked him all along, but he definitely seems to be going through some sort of serious mental illness. And from the previews, it looks like Helen is taking care of him. But in his version of things, he basically thinks she is a shrew. What gives? He's just that out of it now?

Why did Helen have to screw Max? That's just cruel. I was kind of liking her till this. Now I feel like she is irredeemable. Why does Vic stay with her?

It WAS boring. Also I'm having trouble seeing Vik as having been with Helen for 4 years. Its such a recently introduced and completely undeveloped story arc. Sloppy TV writing.

Totally. And when she met him he seemed like kind of a dick, which seemed to be accurate, to this single, successful doctor in NYC and then he mets Helen, who is hot, but has this crazy family/ husband situation. Now he's like the perfect boyfriend, an absolute martyr. It's turned into a real cliche

Is it just me or has this season taken a turn towards the misogynistic? It seems that every woman in the show is now a bitter, man-controlling harpie (Luisa, Helen) or a total ho, looking to men for some kind of sexual salvation (Allison, french lady, kind of Helen)

Like what is happening? Sucks, because I used to really look forward to Sunday night episodes.
