Right? Like it goes beyond her eyes. Does she have a mental handicap?

I didn't know men could have post partum depression.

I never noticed that, will have to pay better attention.

In some states if you have 4 children under 3 you get one. My sister had triplets in NC and was given one without asking.

+1. It's hard to fault using a handicapped space with that many kids under 2. It would be almost impossible to get them across a parking lot without one getting away. I'm not into handicap space abuse, but I would feel bad if I killed someone's runaway toddler.

She can put them all in that giant stroller, one by one, parked beside the car. Many things one needs to figure out when deciding to go through with IVF and the clear consequences it may have.

Right. Should home-based daycare providers get special parking spaces because they might haul around a bunch of little kids, too?
NP here. Never thought of this but now that you've posed this question I actually think this is a good idea. I'm for special parking accommodations in this case.

You realize you're talking about a TWO year old right?

So Adam has PPD? Can you imagine if he just lost it and pulled a John Gosselin, leaving her high and dry with six kids?

I'd feel bad taking a parking space away from a mom with an actual disabled toddler because I chose to have more kids thant I could cope with.

^This. Biting off more than you can chew is not the same as having a child with a handicap, or being handicapped yourself.

Biting off more then they can chew? They seem to handle 6 kids pretty darn well.

They really do cope so well; especially Danielle. I admire how calm she is.

I think Hazel is a cutie and has a sweet personality.

I think Hazel is a spoiled brat and she's not really cute at all. And as a man, Adam enjoyed that make up session just a little too much.

Agree about Adam. He was in his happy place with the make up.

Wow. You're talking about a TWO year old. She's one of the calmest quints so I don't know how you think she's a "spoiled brat"? Also, commenting on a two year olds looks is really classy.

Was anyone else humming the song "I Feel Pretty" during this segment?

Yeah, I don't get the whole "Hazel Basil fan club." She is rarely photographed smiling and tends to stand away from the group. I realize I'm talking about a two year old and I'm not blaming her for shortcomings, but I'm not going to pretend she's so very adorable. She's really not.

Give me Riley and her spunky personality any days

Probably to raise awareness about post partum depression in men. Many people are unaware that the rates in men are similar to the rates in women. Men tend to experience it a little later 6-12 months post partum). More common in fathers who are very involved. Often it is seen as a female condition so likely they are talking about it to address the stigma and lack of knowledge about it in the paternal population.

The dad's eyes look so buggy and reminds me of someone who might have a thyroid issue---Grave's disease which can cause a lot of intense anxiety. I hope he has a good doctor who will rule something like this out, first.
