They don't have a nanny anymore. They had one who was in a facebook nanny group I was in but she was let go and they hired a part-time/occasional babysitter. The quints are in pre-school/daycare now. |
I cringe every time the grandmother says Parker's name ("Porker") or when the parents say her. And with the voice of a kid with a speech impediment ("Paw-kah"). This goes beyond their accent and is annoying, and a poor example for the kids for how to speak. |
What is the backstory with Mimi, they seem bent on getting rid of her but when I see the show she is helping out. |
Her kids were born at 28 weeks and only one his relatively minor eye issues!!!!! My twins were born at 32 weeks and we have no had a week without OT or some random appointment in 15 months@! I'm just really amazed and jealous how healthy her kids are!!!! |
I just watched this week's show on demand. It looks like the husband is either depressed or has anxiety? The promos for next week show him talking to his pastor. Why would they show this on air? |
Probably to raise awareness about post partum depression in men. Many people are unaware that the rates in men are similar to the rates in women. Men tend to experience it a little later 6-12 months post partum). More common in fathers who are very involved. Often it is seen as a female condition so likely they are talking about it to address the stigma and lack of knowledge about it in the paternal population. |
+1. It's hard to fault using a handicapped space with that many kids under 2. It would be almost impossible to get them across a parking lot without one getting away. I'm not into handicap space abuse, but I would feel bad if I killed someone's runaway toddler. |
She can put them all in that giant stroller, one by one, parked beside the car. Many things one needs to figure out when deciding to go through with IVF and the clear consequences it may have. |
Right. Should home-based daycare providers get special parking spaces because they might haul around a bunch of little kids, too? |
Almost everyone has help. |
Who's "everyone?" |
People, they are not anywhere like The Gosselins, so relax on them. Geesh. |
Almost everyone you know, maybe. But, in reality, most people do not, in fact, have help. |
Poor Hazel, she is odd looking. |
I loved the episode where the Dad had all the girls in a corner and the girls started to fight each other - so entertaining! |
