It's bitter sweet for us. Coach Joe was moved
to another class but just last weekend we had Coach Amy was assigned to split our group and my child and I are in love with her. I was not in despair for loosing Coach Joe as I think that getting attached to one teacher is not always the best, but I tell you guys, Amy made it the best session ever. I am a fan anyhow and will ask for classes with her. |
Jouons Soccer, I also agree is a wonderful program, the coaches are all young, and they're active and move around with the kids. They also have a tots program as well, you should check them out. www.jouonskids.com |

We are in a Kids Pro soccer class for my two DS (2 and 5) in a class at Tyson's, and we basically "won a jackpot" with the coach there. His name is Nicolas and he teaches my two kids (in two age-appropriate) classes, and he really makes it fun for them. We lived in London when my older son was 2, and there was not such programs, so this is great.
KPS was recommended to my by a coworker whose child has their program at their school. |

I had a terrible experience with Kids Pro Soccer. The first few weeks were a no show. When other parents along with myself called, he was rude and screamed in the phone. They would not return emails. There was no coach for the two year old class so they combined them. So it was a disaster and I asked for a refund since there was not a class for my child. I was told to send an email to which I got no response.
Please avoid kids pro soccer. It is a waste of time. |
| That is interesting. We have had awesome experience here in DC. I have to recommend the program based on our experience this current class and in the past. Maybe is about the coaches and location? We have been taking classes in DC and Chevy chase. |

We take in bethesda. Tons of cancelled classes, mixed ages,
The "coach" puts up a goal and literally stand there. Never again. |
|
Don't know about other location but we are on Georgetown on Saturdays and the teachers are more than we expected.
I am getting suspicious about the posts. There is lots of negative posts out of the sudden. That is not what I heard. |
| Love coach nick in potomac for my 4 yo |
We had coach Nick for 4-6 yo and loved him |
| Yes, we had wonderful experience at Norwood park (Bethesda) with coach Louis (for my 2-year old) and coach Joseph for my 5 year old son. Oh, gosh, these guys go out of their way. The admin part is very organized and keeping us posted. My neighbor's twins are taking classes in DC and they are having the same feedback as well. |
| Couldn't agree more with these posts about staying away from Kids Pro Soccer and Marcel. He is a thief, all he wants is your money and has no interest in engaging the children to learn or have fun with soccer. When I called to complain about the lack of organization and engagement by the instructors, Marcel actually yelled at me. I asked if I could have a credit towards another session, thinking perhaps my son would enjoy it more at another time, and Marcel told me absolutely not. He had no interest in the fact that I was unsatisfied with the program. He is a mean and nasty man. I only wish I had done more research online to see these horrific reviews before I gave him my non-refundable money. Such a shame....STAY AWAY. |
| Well, with our little ones some things work for them and some just don't. We tried swimming lessons with fairfax county and my DD had a similar reaction-she would scream if I was not there with her. I asked for refund or credit but PARks would not honor it, and I think that is a general practice when your child is simply not a good fit for the class. |
| This company is truly horrible. Please do not fall for their nice website. We signed or 3 year old for a class and they did not show up two weeks in a row for a 9am on sundays class. Please save yourself the trouble. |

I think that this depends on the coach and location??
We are in Chevy Chase, have done 4 sessions so far (spring, fall and winter indoor), and coaches have been super fantastic. Btwy, I saw one if the journalists from CNN, I think Dana, last weekend at my son's class. The kids had great fun. |
Hi Marcel! You can try to mess with free speech but you can't get rid of it entirely. |
