OP, I understand your anger, however you need to keep things under control at work. In a professional environment you cannot act the same way that you would if you were having a disagreement w/your husband at home.

When he warned you to zip it, you should have zipped it. Instead you got belligerent and cray cray and not only made a fool of him, but yourself tenfold.

Now you are the laughingstock of the office.

What is fundamentally wrong w/you that you cannot keep your emotions in check??

That is what you need to explore right now.

OP I think you were the one very much in the wrong. Confronting your husband at his place of employment, publicly arguing, airing (presumably) private business in a loud screaming match that was overheard by his colleague, and failing to comply with directions from building security. That's absolutely ridiculous, and these actions of yours could get him FIRED.

Grow up, lady.

That said I think your husband could have tried to handle the situation with a bit more discretion. Perhaps he could have escorted you from the building himself, or taken his lunch break and using it to calm you down so you would stop losing it like a toddler in a tantrum. At that point, all of his efforts should have been focused on damage minimization and control from the insane situation you put him in.

And if that was you making subsequent posts that "he makes you that way" -- you need some serious individual help and your communication as a couple needs a great deal of improvement. I don't usually say this on here, but I think you should seek therapy.

Man, the only interesting that ever happened at one of my work holiday parties was a couple who must live at Arthur Murray's showed up and felt the need to show off. It didn't matter what song was playing, or if the dance they were doing matched the song, the tempo, whatever. None of it mattered, it was time to Fox Trot or Swing, dammit!
