OP here. I actually have dual citizenship, so I am very familiar with many, if not most, of the European countries. But thanks for the enlightenment.
15:48 - Interesting. A stranger is threatening the neighborhood dogs. The dogs are on their own respective properties. I and the neighbors are insane for noticing. By all means, keep talking. The matter is already in motion, but if you are the offensive party, this could get more interesting. |
The guy isn't on his own property, she said. He's approaching their property, and - according to OP - waving a stick in a manner designed to agitate the dogs. There are assholes around who do stuff like that. I suspect many of the dog haters on this here board do that in their fantasies. And someone worrying that their fucking insane neighbor coming by to do emotional and/or physical harm to their beloved pet doesn't make them crazy. I really wish that you nutsos who hate dogs would go spend more time protesting outside abortion clinics instead of spending all your time over here. |
Did you have him euthanized?! (I am one of the dog lovers - but just curious what the "ever" means!!) |
The dude was shaking that lovely piece of folk art at a dog, getting the dog riled up. ?! |
+1 What an asshole. |
DC law says 4-feet leash, not invisible fence. Invisible fences are unreliable. |
It's not in D.C. |

You need to learn to read. The dogs are not on his property. Nice try. Cat people sure are stupid. |
Hey, lay off cat people! |
How's this going, OP? |
