I seriously hope you are never on a jury. You've decided the case before even hearing the evidence.

In DC you figure that for every crook who stands in front of a jury, 9 bad guys have never been caught. So there's a strong presumption that the ones they do catch and take to trial are either the worst (or the dumbest).

Though you have to wonder if the restaurant owner is worried that someone will charge him for serving alcohol to a minor.

Political correctness be damned -- look at this guy. He looks like a monster. Why would you even presume innocence!? Is there some law that says black men can't look respectable and clean cut?

And as for HG -- I hope she's found ok, but seriously to go out looking like that (which I realize many college girls do) and then to be stumbling around alone drunk and/or drugged -- made her an easy target. Are parents and/or schools no longer having safety talks because the world should be so safe that no woman should ever be a target for a man -- so she should be able to walk around however she wants anywhere at any time? Because that's not the world we live in.

I think Hannah was just with JM for a ride home. For all we know JM went inside Tempo to make sure that he was seen alone, possibly to establish an alibi for himself in advance...

I think it is still entirely possible he gave her a ride somewhere and something else happened to her after that and he is terrified it's all getting pinned on him because he's the "scary black guy" last seen with a now missing white girl.

I am totally willing to eat crow if I'm wrong. Maybe he took advantage because she was drunk but she fought back and there was a struggle in which he accidentally killed her. I do NOT believe he had specific intent to kill her that night. He's the worst criminal ever if so, making sure he was seen up and down the mall by witnesses. They're a memorable pair.

I don't think he intended to kill her - probably drugged her and/or forced himself on her, something went horribly wrong and he dumped the body. But where?
