OP here.
So, after the aid "suggested" us to turn DC around for the 3rd time I decided to talk to the principal. I told him what happened about the aid suggesting we turn DC around, explained to him that we have to keep reminding them to remove the coat and suggested the school to hold a workshop in carseat safety. I offered to go after a carseat tech to give the workshop and all. He thanked me for coming and talking about it and said he would take care of it. Today again the aid mentioned it's annoying to strap DC facing back. I just told her if it was really hard I could get out and do it. She smiled and said "no thanks". I'm so tired of this! |
