What is your recipe for the curry apple chicken? It sounds really good.

Giant spinach omelette
Soy latte, no sugar

Sushi for lunch and way too much of it---yum!

Roasted beets and carrots
1/4 of a ridiculously huge grilled chicken breast
Broccoli with Parmesan cheese and butter
Dark chocolate

Fruit water all day---I was off

Three mile run/walk with the dog
An hour-ish doing weights and core at the gym with my daughter. I can almost do a pullup!

I am 5 foot 4 and wear a size 2. I am not fat, but I think I would look better a little thinner...


Today I ate

--300 grams of grapes
cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons of 1/2 and 1/2
Chobani black cherry yogurt
1 brownie (1/16 of a 8x8 pan)
1 oatmeal scotchies cookie (home made)
1 clementine
5 milton's crackers
1 ounce of goat cheese
2 more cups of coffee with 3 tablespoons of 1/2 and 1/2

It's been a bad day. Really bad. Currently I am downing a very large glass of pinot noir. Pizza is on it's way.

Breakfast was Herbalife Shake with low fat milk, 3oz tofu, berries and spirulina thrown in

Snack of about a cup of snow peas and a string cheese

Lunch was a bowl of miso soup, small portion of noodles, tofu, veggies from the local Thai place

Snack of 2 squares of dark chocolate and another Herbalife shake with water

Dinner was a slice of sausage/mushroom pizza and a salad with about a TB of dressing.

Not too bad of a day. Usually I would have done a heavier shake for lunch instead of Thai but it was Friday staff lunch out.

5'11'' 215 and play rough soccer and gym 3 days a week with a trainer. I have lost 6 lbs this last month and slowly on my way back down. Shooting for 180 which is a pretty comfortable weight for me.

Today for brunch (had to get up early for fertility bloodwork monitoring) so treated myself to Au Pain Quotidien; smoked salmon omellet (sp?) w/ arugula and 1 slice if grain bread spread w/ berry jam, and a glass of freshly squeezed oj. Later on, I had "good" hot chocolate made w/ skim milk and dark chocolate. Got bloodeork results back (really bad FSH ......So, in need of comfort food. Put the defrosting soup back in the freezers, and planning on a takeout sandwich from Jettie's (turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing....will take off the top layer of bread) and for dessert....angel food cake/fresh strawberries/whiled cream. I would like to lose 20 lbs. Yesterday was the same hot chocolate for breakfast, a handful of pistachios for "lunch," bruchetta pizza topped w/ fresh arugula and chopped tomatoes. For dessert....a frozen natural strawberry popsicle

Breakfast: hot chocolate made w/ skim milk, dark chocolate.
Lunch: Greek yogurt w/ honey, fresh strawberries.
Snack: handful of raw sugarsnap peas in their pods.
Dinner: 1 cup penne pasta topped w/ garlic olive oil, fresh parmesan, and 1 chicken apple sausage. A side salad of raw spinach, steamed beets, pistachios. No dressing.
Dessert: warm brownie w/ a big scoop of coffee chip if cream.
That was today's menu.

Yesterday-
Breakfast: same hot chocolate.
Lunch: large navel orange.
Snack: More sugarsnaps
Dinner: red lentil soup made w/ tomato, brown sugar, tomato, cilantro (farmer's market.)
Dessert: Large slice of angrlfood cake, freed strawberries, whipped cream.

Would like to lose 10 lbs.

This post makes me so grateful to have a fast metabolism...this amount of calories would be a good day for me, except I do eat more veggies (a vegetable smoothie about 2xs a day). I think I would starve to death only eating the above! 5'9" size 4 135lbs.

-Lunch of leftover homemade pizza (red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and olives), one slice of cheese with six ritz crackers, a small banana and a granola bar.

Around 7 I had some doritos, another granola bar, a leftover slice of pizza, 2 slices of cheese and some crackers.

I am currently about 10 lbs overweight. I gained 22 lbs during pregnancy and have 12 lbs to lose still, 3 months PP. since delivery my weight will not budge. Meanwhile my other breastfeeding friends are nearly skeletal.

I'm a human garbage disposal and have the metabolism of a race horse. I eat like total crap and am about 10lbs overweight. I probably consume about 3,000cal a day.

This week I scaled back my eating to what a normal person would eat, but did not pay much attention to carbs and fat. In just the last 5 days I've lost 4 lbs. I think i can lost the next 6 in the next 3 weeks, but I'm sure I will go back to my gluttonous ways and gain it all back.

Are you hungry all the time? I'm a pretty small woman and I would pass out and/or kill someone if I ate this little-and I'm not breastfeeding.
