Does the academic giftedness that comes with autism outweigh the social struggles?

Is there evidence behind this testing and treatment?


I'm not the PP, but there does seem to be some. I have not had my own dc tested for it (they are 11 now and were dx at age 4) but I think if they were 4 now, I'd check for it. Leucovorin is a folic acid, so it's not a med that is addictive or cause strong side effects or stay in the body. I don't think it's a cure all, but could possibly be helpful for some kids.
