What trends are you over?

Celebrities who have perfect, flawless skin and claim they look the way they do due to using their own skincare products.

Yes I am looking at you Cindy Crawford, J Lo, Kylie Jenner, Paris Hilton, Hailey Bieber…..

You guys all have access to the best med spas and physicians, estheticians, etc. on the planet - do you really think we believe that you are using a $35 serum on your skin every night?????

In truth it made Kylie Jenner go from simply average —> simply gorgeous.

W/o her lip fillers trust me, she never would have had a successful beauty and clothing line.

Sad but true……..

This actually is sadly true.
But young women should abstain from getting fillers and Botox.
Look how much different Ariana Grande looks now vs. three years ago now that she has stopped the Botox and filler.

She looks like a totally different person!

Kylie Jenner had multiple other procedures which dramatically changed her look. It wasn’t simply the lip filler.

On that note I think she has set a horrible example for girls and younger women by having so much work done at such a young age.

I’m tired of every female celebrity coming out with their own “beauty” lines. They may be great business opportunities but does anyone think Hailey Bieber knows anything about scientifically creating the perfect product.

But isn't part of her change in appearance due to weight change versus just stopping Botox and filler?

Beige
Sports bras as a top, when not exercising
The long barrel curled hair
Large fake eyelashes as an every day look

Matching sports bra+legging sets as athleisure. I'm so tired of seeing middle aged women in the grocery store wearing forest green or blue gray matching sets like this and trying to pretend they just came from the gym. With your perfect hair and made up face, we all know that you didn't just come from the gym. Thankful for cold weather so they can cover up now.

Those Lululemon Fanny packs

These are just super practical. I wear one when walking the dog, to hold treats, keys, phone, sunglasses. I don’t think it’s fashionable, just useful for keeping my hands free.

I still like crossbody bags for busy moms.
Love my puffer jacket in the cold winter
Love statement glasses
Love brightly colored sweaters if you choose the right color for you

Dislike:
-Super pointy long nails
-Growing out gray overly young as a trend
- A super stack of various bracelets
- White Sneakers which are invariably dirty
- Overly tight athletic wear
- Bland quiet luxury look for every single day
- Super wide leg jeans short people
- crop tops just look so dumb to me on everyone who chooses to wear them
-Agree on septum piercings and tattoos and colored hair, just very try hard
-never like either nap dresses or prairie dresses
-off the shoulder everything
- strapless tops

And I hate bands. I'm always surprised when someone pushes their bangs aside how much better they look and they don't realize it.

Like this Agatha Raisin character. Her bangs are so GD distracting. I think she must wear a wig to have her fringe be so perfectly exactly in her eyes for all the filming.

and here's the actress with more of a side bang. Much better. I hate a thick bang and a thick SHORT bang, don't even get me started.

I don’t find her bangs distracting at all. Lots of people would look much better with some hair on their forehead.

I am one of those people who need bangs. My forehead is so low and I have a sharp nose. I think the bangs help a bit, but I really wish I could do away with them. But at least they hide a few wrinkles now!

Some of the younger women are plucking their eyebrows really thin now, and I don't think it looks good.

Cottagecore.

Adidas Sambas.

Bottega Veneta Jodie bag.

The Sambas def need to be put to rest.

My 14 year old has them on her Xmas list. I think when 14 year olds in the suburbs want something, it's usually the sign that it's on it's way out for the more fashionable adult set. That's what happened with skinny jeans, insanely short dresses, uggs, Kendra Scott jewelry, various brans of water bottles (first Thermoflask, then Yeti, now Owalla), etc.

FWIW, even my 14 year old thinks those "Mormon curls" are beyond over.

Before they invented the term "midi", that was just a normal skirt length -- not short, not long. I don't feel like that is a "trend" that can go out. It's just a skirt.

Hasn't Golden Goose been out for a long time?

I feel like midi falls mid-calf and that length is too long for me but no one ever has "just below knee-length as a choice which is what I want.
