What trends are you over?

I live outside Chicago and this is basically the PTA mom uniform here. Blue/pink/purple hair, nose piercing, sleeve of tattoos. It's the whole teenager trapped in an adult body vibe. If you actually try to look like an adult they suspect you of being MAGA.

So, as the PP said - misfits. Childish misfits.

Some of the younger women are plucking their eyebrows really thin now, and I don't think it looks good.

Cottagecore.

Adidas Sambas.

Bottega Veneta Jodie bag.

The Sambas def need to be put to rest.

Sambas are classics and have been a "thing" for decades.

Tattoos. I just think they look nasty.

Grown women on mini dresses
Overly long hair
Cropped tops

I adore maxi dresses because they hide comfortable shoes. Maxi dresses can be in style for another ten years.

Funny. I would have assumed they were MAGA.

And I hate bands. I'm always surprised when someone pushes their bangs aside how much better they look and they don't realize it.

Like this Agatha Raisin character. Her bangs are so GD distracting. I think she must wear a wig to have her fringe be so perfectly exactly in her eyes for all the filming.

and here's the actress with more of a side bang. Much better. I hate a thick bang and a thick SHORT bang, don't even get me started.

Those are two different people.

I would have too. My old MAGA friends in the south have visible tattoos and love the vibrant colored hair, and multiple piercings. They can all get away with it at their trade / hair stylist jobs.

I'm tired of tattoos
Beige
Sports bras as a top, when not exercising
The long barrel curled hair
Large fake eyelashes as an every day look

Thick eyebrows.

Plastic surgery on celebs.
Enough already!!
Especially the younger girls…..they are setting very unrealistic beauty standards that their young fans try but never succeed at emulating.

Also, long fake fingernails (aka Kylie Jenner!)

Your ass isn’t all that anyway.

Cottage cheese much?

In truth it made Kylie Jenner go from simply average —> simply gorgeous.

W/o her lip fillers trust me, she never would have had a successful beauty and clothing line.

Sad but true……..

Barrel jeans are terrible on everyone.

Drop shoulder seams are only good on pears. I loathe them.

Mini skirts in stores for grown women.

Overly long hair on women over 30.

On the other hand, I love maxi dresses. They hide comfortable or slightly imperfect shoes. Maxi dresses can stay for another ten years.

long, fake eyelashes - especially if they are thick and curl at end. they look like caterpillars!
