Can you post an example of a flight in late November across the Atlantic that is sold out of business seats 2.5 months in advance?

Sure, all of the SAS flights leaving IAD to Copenhagen on 11/21 and two thirds of the flights same route on 11/22. There were others but don’t really want to recreate it all for you.

SAS doesn't fly daily to Copenhagen from IAD that time of year. There is no flight on the schedule on 11/21 (you can check by looking in economy, nothing shows up). There is a single flight other days of the week, not sure what you mean by "two thirds of the flights on 11/22". There are business class seats available for sale on SAS on their single IAD-CPH flight on 11/22.

Their flights on Nov 21 from EWR, JFK and YYZ all have business class seats for sale.
