Why don’t you ask your instructional coaches and ‘master’ educator?

This might be the same poster who on a previous thread claimed to have figured out the secret to differentiation but since a principal interviewing them once stole all their ideas and didn’t hire them, they are no longer sharing. But also, I haven’t heard of DCPS master educators for many years now, so maybe they are just a troll.

Lol right. Master Educators in DC have been gone since 2016.

AP’s are master educators, I think you really need to learn a little more about DCPS.

Nope. APs can be an impact evaluator. MEs were traveling evaluators who went school by school to do impact. Wrong and smug, ugly way to go through life

This is what some APs are called (mine is), again you should learn about DCPS. And the definition of smug, I don’t have to be smug to tell someone the truth. I also do not care, if you need help teaching you need to ask questions to your supports at the school you work at. This is why some of you are so stressed, pressed, and still do not get highly effective.

Why are you digging in. This is completely untrue.

It’s a troll, they will claim not to care what we think but will keep coming back to post. Just ignore.

DCPS teachers really should stop being so resistant to leadership demanding excellence, defiantly declaring how they won't work one minute past contract hours. What other salaried, PROFESSIONAL jobs do that? Seriously? You're going to find yourselves out of a career when you suddenly find that your bosses are presidential appointees with axes to grind and examples to make.

NP and it’s not like DCPS teachers are declaring they won’t work outside contract hours. It’s like two or three posters on this site. Most teachers I know work after school at least.
