NP. It's not that easy. Surgery doesn't help everyone equally. Some faces are easier to "fix" than others and it enhanced her looks tremendously. She is now very attractive. Honestly I am not thrilled that a very average person can just leapfrog over me with the help of surgery. But she did. Surgery is kind of an equalizer. Women calling her ugly have just lost touch with reality.

Those girls are plump. Plump always looks younger. Melissa MacCarthy looks younger than she is, for the same reason.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Kylie. She was thrust into the spotlight at such a young age and had no privacy growing up. That coupled with her family’s obsession with plastic surgery and I feel like she never had a chance. I also imagine the internet was not kind to her when she was younger.

OMG -this is crazy especially for a mother. Referring to the procedure as vacuuming makes it sound like she is doing a harmless spring clean of her arms.
