Unless you were in the bedroom you have no idea. I work in a NYC infertility clinic. No one tells their family about mid 40s donor egg IVF. Not their mother, their sister, their best friends. You would be very surprised. I see about a thousand couples per year who pass off middle age pregnancy as "unexpected!"

Google Halle Berry. She’s had issues with both of her exs and custody. She will be paying lots of child support if things go south.

No one’s business but I remember my OB saying they were less concerned about my 40 year old pregnancy because I had already shown to get pregnant easily and have a full term etc. This is her third so her body knows how to have a pregnancy. She is also with a younger guy so his stuff is younger so that helps as well.
