Well said Coach of a losing team. |
I've never seen an expert say anything else other than training and development are most important for kids. What's the benefit to 4 strong players carrying the team to W's and the rest not improving |
Define 'expert'. |
Not even close to being correct for Bethesda. Bethesda’s U13 and U14 teams are amongst the smallest and least physical in the Division also. Scores are somewhat important as the boys have to learn to manage games and find ways to win in different facing different challenges. Development is key but it isn’t recreational ball that these players train so hard for and their parents pay all that money for. |
Hahahaa. Well played. And electricians are indispensable. |
You sir, are a fool. |
Expert = Youth coach trying everything they can do to scrap up side cash from marks. |

Well. Let me tell you, my friend. ASA does not develop anything with the caliber of coaches and ALL the crappy system that operates behind closed doors. The environment is a disaster. |
Appreciated, very telling. |
Hello Mr. Anti ASA. What did the club do to you? |
100% correct. |
Eh, if you believe that winning equates development, than I guess not being able to see standings would bother you. |
The quote above was not talking about winning; quite the contrary. I agree with you, winning is not development. But when a club mostly loses and, on top of that, develops nothing at all, then you have a recipe for disaster. |
Oh gosh, the coaches are back! |
