There’s at least one if not more people here obsessed with Kate in not a good way. I don’t even think they live in the DMV. |
Because she's the preferred one. |
Is it possible this was scheduled as not to conflict in the news cycle with recent events in Denmark? |
Bingo |
The fact that they were forthcoming about his and vague about hers makes me think hers is something digestive/intestinal that they wouldn't want discussed. Heck, I'm surprised they're honest about the King's prostate! |
Thats what I am suspecting. That can easily keep you in the hospital for a week or two. |
This could be Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis. People with these diseases are commonly in the hospital for several weeks. It would also explain her thinness. |
This. |
Same and same. |
I would say a hysterectomy. Although, they now perform a lap procedure and you're usually home the next day. |
This tracks. A relative has suffered from Colatis and had long hospitalizations when she was young (late twenties/early thirties.) Definitely a possibility. |
I think you're onto something. This is cosmetic and they'll keep her away until Easter. I know I live in the ridiculous United States with its inhumane health care, but even an extensive, six-hour abdominal surgery doesn't get you a long stay. Because I've lived it. |
I read the story and immediately came here to see if there was a thread. DCUM did not disappoint, lol.
My first thought was just a tummy tuck, but now my head is swimming. |

So the statement from the palace said that she had surgery at The London Clinic. The London clinic does not have a Gyn dept. They have cancer care (reporters have been told it’s not cancer) and “digestive health” which includes Crohns as well as tumors and other procedures.
If it had been Gyn, she’d have gone to St Mary’s or the Portman. |
