It is the same deal anyone else cooperating would get. In fact, most attorneys with authority have said that these charges would not be filed for most people, so really, HB is getting it worse than others with a similar fact pattern.

Do you realize that the prosecutor was appointed by Trump? And that Biden purposefully didn’t replace him when he took office because the investigation was already in place and Biden didn’t want it to look unseemly for one of his appointees to prosecute Hunter?
