The person who they were trying to see lives on the same street. They have come forward. I believe it was a celebration for the son of the family that lives at the house they couldn’t find.

This is so sad. She was just 20.

We just got back from our Airbnb in a rural area with houses sitting on acres of land. We got there at night, no cell phone service, relying on downloaded google map. Luckily we had it right but as I was pulling up a long driveway I was wondering if I got the house right or would be faced with someone pulling a gun at me for trespassing. I didn’t imagine that whoever may emerge would start shooting with zero notice. Luckily we got the address right and survived our holiday.

Such low value given to human life. Just get out a shoot, not even ask why they were there . This is mind numbing.

The pp was commenting that the thread title was an attempt to stereotype white people and then the response was about bias against AA. It seems like you are trying to minimize the attempt by OP to create a stereotype of white men by showing how black people are victims of bias. I don’t see how that is a valid defense. If it’s wrong to stereotype black people then it is also wrong to stereotype white men.
