I was thinking about that case too. The DuPont case also had a connection to a powerful law firm (Richards Layton).

In the twitter era, that should not intimidate anyone. No firm would be dumb enough to send out a cease and desist to a media organization or a reporter over something like this because they'd know that their communications would end up on twitter

I took a look at the charging document and there's so much disgusting about it. Starting with the fact that guys like the one the undercover agent was pretending to be do exist. No they wouldn’t! I wouldn’t. I think they’re awful and a sexual predator. But they aren’t a pedophile. Most men think 16-17 year old fully mature girls are attractive. It doesn’t mean they’ll sleep with them HOPEFULLY. But it’s a far cry from finding a 6 year old “attractive”.
