It was obviously my opinion. That’s all there is in this thread are opinions and speculation because we don’t know the details. My opinion is at least based on experience and understanding of what Biden did as VP - he made a lot of phone calls - and the fact that briefing papers for calls often are classified because they have information that came from confidential sources.
